Russia can allocate 5 billion roubles for car recycling

The project of the budget of the Russian Federation for 2011 has reserved on continuation of the program of recycling of cars of 5 billion roubles which can go, including, on recycling of trucks, has informed Rejter the Russian official on the condition of anonymity. Since March, 2010 the Russian authorities stimulate sales in the Russian automobile market, compensating 50.000 roubles to each buyer of the car of the Russian manufacture, handed over in breakage the old car. For first two stages of the program it has been allocated 20 billion roubles. This money hasn't come to an end yet, Rejter the official has told: in the project of the budget of the Russian Federation for 2011 on the recycling program it is reserved 13,5 billion roubles, including 8,5 billion, remained since 2010, and 5 billion are allocated for a new stage of recycling, - has explained Rejter the official. It is supposed that this money will suffice on payment óòèëèçàöèîííûõ awards till autumn of 2011, he has told. "It is not solved yet, maybe, a part of this money will go on recycling of trucks... But while it is automobile (cars)", - he has added. Representatives of Minpromtorga which are responsible for the program, and the Ministry of Finance have refused comments. "Autostuff" recycling has stimulated growth of sales of a car in the Russian Federation in 2010. For 8 months of sale of automobile and easy commercial cars, according to Association of the European business, have grown in annual calculation for 14 percent to 1,135 million pieces. The main thing the largest Russian motor-car manufacturer Autovaz which sales for 8 months have grown for 32 percent to 317.693 pieces became won.
